On arrival I became stuck in the car park (redesigned my last appointment) and approached a member of staff waiting at the bus stop who broke off a conversation to assist me. So what seemed a disaster was transformed instantly and continued to be a positive experience throughout with every member of staff I encountered.

My treatment was outstanding and I want to say thank you to all of the NHS staff. Your time, knowledge, and caring is the most valuable gift you can give to another person.
One point I want to make and that is when a person goes into a medical unit it can be a very frighting experience and adding to that is poor communications. The person doing the treatment maybe very knowledgeable but language or English skills are week and leaving the patient in doubt the service.
